OASIA is a boutique surf house set in Weligama on Sri Lanka’s South coast. Based only a short tuk tuk drive from the best beach, point and reef breaks around Weligama Bay, we offer everything you need for a perfect sunshine story.

At OASIA it’s all about feeling at home and sharing unique moments with like-minded people while learning or improving your surf in the warm Indian Ocean, recharging during a smooth yoga session and enjoying delicious home-made food and drinks.

  • A pool, 6 really cool air-conditioned rooms (3 doubles rooms, 2 suites and 1 twin room). A bar, a terrace and a chill lounge with games and TV. Surf & yoga lessons incl. equipment. Delicious free breakfast, free purified water, free Wi-Fi.

  • We are tucked away in a quiet area of Weligama named Polwatta (‘coconut land’) only 700 metres from Weligama Beach. We chose this place to be our guests’ oasis in Weligama.

  • Weligama (‘sandy village’): a busy, scenic fisherman’s village on Sri Lanka’s south coast, 2.5 hours from Colombo airport spoiling us with the best surf conditions for surf beginnners as well as intermediates.

  • Weligama Beach is only 700m away from OASIA. 3 minutes by tuk tuk, 10 minutes by walk.
